General information
Automatic butt-welding machines ZHCN–CNC with system of registration of welding parameters for joining pipes and fittings made of PE, PP, PB, PVDF within diameter range 50-630mm (larger sizes available at individual request). This model stands at the top of the range in our offer. Machines don’t require the operator to participate in the process of setting up required press forces or control the movement of pipes. The only role of the operator is to mount the pipes and insert/remove the trimmer and heating plate at clear signal from the machine. Automation of welding process allows to limit the field for errors and achieve high-quality connections, even by inexperienced personnel. Using automatic butt-welding machines is also a requirement for approving the company for work with gas installations.
REAL-time position sensor
Butt-welding machines ZHCN-CNC are equipped with the sensor controlling the position of pipe and allowing therefore to precisely control the welding process. The system reacts in real-time for changes of position of the pipe and reacts accordingly by adjusting the pressures and progressing through subsequent stages of welding process.
Extractor of heating plate
Some models are equipped with automatic extractor of heating plate, allowing for fast automatic extraction of heating plate from between the pipes and thus reducing the changeover time to necessary minimum.
Registartion of welding parameters
The machine can store parameters of up to 4000 welding cycles. Data saved in the memory can be downloaded to USB stick and then printed with the use of Nowatech Connection software (available for free at www.nowatech.com.pl in downloads section).
