General Information

Workshop butt-welding machine type ZHSN-200P is used for prefabrication of preinsulated elbows in the 90-200mm diameter range. The machine makes it possible to weld PE casing pipe, which constitutes the external layer of a preinsulated elbow. The machine is made as a stand-alone unit.
The main advantages of the device include:
✔ Adjustable tables: left side front-to-back, right side top-to-bottom. The solution enables precise positioning of pipes to be welded;
✔ clamping pressure carried out hydraulically, large easy-to-read manometer allows precise adjustment of clamping force
✔ 4 divided heating plates included, lockable by means of a manual latch;
✔ Infinitely adjustable position of the plates in relation to the pipes to be welded;
✔ 2 electronic temperature controls, located on the front panel of the welder, controlling heating of the heating plate
✔ Stopwatch and timer integrated into the temperature regulators for easy process timing
✔ electrically driven trimming machine;
✔ clamps profiled to allow the welding of short workpieces
✔ Infinitely adjustable welding angle from 0-45° in one segment;
✔ quick-setting system for typical angles 0°, 15°, 30°, 45° deg;
✔ clamp locking system without the need for additional tools;
✔ supports for welding workpieces infinitely adjustable in three planes
✔ option to connect a welding data recorder type RZEN-2000
✔ possibility to design and manufacture split heating plates according to customer's request;
