General Information

The type ZHCN-630ER is a lightweight, hydraulic two-arm butt-welding machine for use in repair work on PE, PP pipelines. The machine operates in the 315-630mm range. The welding machine can be operated with or without a support frame, which makes it possible to perform welds even in hard-to-reach places. The welding machine operates in semi-automatic mode and records the welding parameters. It is possible to prepare a similar machine for a different diameter range.
