General Information

The UZKN-1200/400 device is used for cutting the saddle shape on pipes made of PE,PP plastics. On pipes (outlets) from Ø90 – Ø400 a radius corresponding to the diameter of the main pipe from Ø450 - Ø1200 can be cut. The wide spectrum of operation of the UZKN-1200/400 is realised on the basis of the use of a set of reducing inserts placed in the main clamp holding the processed pipe and the option of adjustable adjustment of the shaft position on the movable arms of the device. The rotating shaft moves along a preset radius. The operator, by turning the slide, gradually moves the main clamp with the clamped pipe towards the trimming shaft, which gradually cuts the desired shape.
