Electrofusion welder II generation is a product created on the basis of many years of experience - ours and our customers. The second generation welding line has been developed for even more intuitive operation and reliability. As in the case of the 1st generation welders, the offer includes welders in two power versions, so as to best suit the customer's needs.
New line of electrofusion welding machines
Second generation Electrofusion welder welding machines are a development of well-known and valued the first generation electrofusion welding machines manufactured by Nowatech. New welders are characterized increased heating power, reduced weight and the use of many modern technical solutions. Welders have been designed in a way tailored to the needs of companies with different business profiles and portfolio. Model "1500" is addressed to companies dealing in the plumbing and gas connections, installing heat pumps, dealing with the construction of degassing installations for landfills or being responsible for the operation and development pipelines up to 160 mm diameter. The "4000" model can be used wherever the "1500" model, but in addition due to their high power, its advantages will be appreciated by companies that often weld large Electrofusion welder fittings diameters in hard to reach places, where Butt-welding machines cannot be used.

Electrofusion welder welding machines from Nowatech are universal devices allowing weld fittings from various manufacturers.
Electrofusion welder checks the possibility of welding at the start of the process depending on the fitting resistance and power supply parameters. If the checked parameters are outside the welding machine's operating range on , an appropriate message appears on the display, and the control program interrupts the welding process. Checking does not cause damage to the fitting or the device.
An important advantage is the ability to upgrade the welding machine at any time: ZERN for ZEEN version (this applies to welders, both the 1st and 2nd generation. Thanks to this, anyone can buy simpler device and later upgrade if necessary to a higher version.
