General Information

ZHCN butt-welding machines serve for joining pipes made of PE,PP,PB, PVDF within diameter range 50-1200mm. System of registration of welding parameters is not included in this model. Machine is equipped with electronic assistant of welding parameters which provides on-screen instructions for the operator, including pressure values required for selected pipe. By default the machine is equipped with hydroaccumulator ensuring correct press force is maintained during cooling phase without the need for constant work of the pump.

Welding parameters

In ZHCN machines welding parameters are saved in the software memory. Thanks to this, once the operator selects the size and material of pipe, the machine will display parameters only for that particular pipe. This allows for more efficient work and elimination of operator errors.

Heating plate

The temperature of heating plate is controlled from the level of hydraulic unit. Once the operator selects the pipe material the heating plate will start heating-up. The diode located on the heating plate handle informs whether the required temperature has been reached. Exact temperature of heating plate can be controlled on the display of temperature regulator located on hydraulic unit.

Internal memory upgrade

ZHCN butt-welding machines can be upgraded to semi-automatic or fully automatic version, depending on one’s needs. In such case the data logger is permanently integrated into the construction of hydraulic unit. The possibility of post-sale upgrade allows for purchase of less expensive machine and upgrading it to more advanced version when necessary.
