2nd generation butt-welding machines are the latest development of Nowatech engineering team. Improved stiffness of the construction has been obtained through application of hydraulic cylinder running along all four clamping facilities, wider clamps, and reinforcing the construction of the frame itself. Despite increased weight the machine characterize itself with high ergonomics. Currently our offer includes 4 types of 2nd generation machines: Dn250 (63-250mm), Dn315 (90- 315mm), Dn400 (110-400mm), Dn500 (250-500mm). Each of the above is available in 4 versions: manual, manual with electronic assistant, semi-automatic, fully automatic CNC.

✔ quick montage system of reducing adaptors;
✔ adjustable position of 3rd clamp (without the need of using any additional tools);
✔ narrow reducing adaptors allowing for fastening of fittings with short outlet section;
✔ possibility to mount 2 rows of reducing adaptors in a single clamp allowing to improve firm fastening of joined element;
✔ drainage holes in lower clamps to facilitate easy disposal of water and dirt;
✔ possibility of adapting the machines with extractor of heating plate in models 250R and 315R;
✔ possibility to equip the base framework with tool for flange necks.
